Palfarm is not out yet and Pocketpair has not announced dedicated servers, so nobody can sell you a real Palfarm server today. What you can do is see which hosts already run Palworld (the same studio's main game) and which of them are preparing for Palfarm. That is what this page tracks.

What about hosting it yourself?
If Palfarm follows Palworld's playbook, Pocketpair would release a free dedicated server tool on Steam that anyone can run on their own machine, that is exactly how Palworld launched. Whether Palfarm gets the same treatment is unknown; a 4-player co-op farm could just as easily use invite-based sessions with no server at all.
