What is Palworld: Palfarm?
Palfarm is a farming and life simulation spin-off of Palworld, developed by Pocketpair and announced in September 2025. Everything below comes from the official Steam page, the reveal trailer, and launch coverage. Nothing is speculation, and we mark clearly what is still unknown.

The premise
You move to an island where Pals live and turn it into a working farm. Instead of Palworld's open-world survival grind, Palfarm goes for Stardew Valley energy: till the fields, cook, craft, decorate, and build the farm of your dreams, with Pals as your workforce. Each Pal brings unique abilities like sowing seeds, watering crops, or harvesting produce.
What you actually do
Farming
Grow crops across four seasons, from summer beach days to snow.
Gathering
Fishing, mining, and logging all appear in the reveal trailer.
Island life
Talk to residents daily; gift-giving unlocks special stories and relationships.
Trading
Buy and sell crops and crafted goods at the local market for rare items.
Farm defense
Hostile Pals occasionally raid your farm. The trailer shows a chainsaw and a merchant selling guns. It is still Pocketpair.
Four seasons
Seasons change the island, the crops, and what your Pals get up to.
Multiplayer
Multiplayer is officially confirmed on the Steam page, you can build and run a farm together with friends. Announcement coverage describes co-op where up to four players share land, synchronize seasons, and split up the work. What Pocketpair has not said yet: whether multiplayer runs peer-to-peer, through hosted sessions, or on dedicated servers. Our dedicated server guide tracks that question specifically.
Release date and platforms
There is no release date yet, Pocketpair has only said to look forward to future updates. The game has been announced for PC via Steam only. No console versions are confirmed. Pocketpair's track record (Palworld launched into early access in January 2024 and reached 1.0 in July 2026) suggests an early access launch is plausible, but that is our read, not an announcement.
