Palfarm Servers

Getting ready for Palfarm's launch

There is not much to "do" before an unreleased game ships, but there are a few genuinely useful moves, and a few traps worth avoiding.

Autumn farm path toward the farmhouse in Palfarm

Worth doing now

  • Wishlist it on Steam. The official Palfarm page is live. Wishlisting means Steam notifies you at release, and it is the one signal Pocketpair actually sees demand through.
  • Follow the source. Release news will come from Pocketpair's own channels and the Steam page first. Everything else (including this site) is reporting on those.
  • Round up your co-op group. Multiplayer is confirmed with coverage pointing at 4-player co-op, so a farm crew of four is the safe planning number.

What a Pocketpair launch tends to look like

Palworld launched into early access in January 2024 at a budget price, sold explosively, and kept getting free content updates until 1.0 landed in July 2026. If Palfarm follows that shape, expect an early access release at a friendly price rather than a $70 launch. To be clear, that is pattern-reading, not an announcement, Pocketpair has said nothing about pricing or an early access model for Palfarm.

System requirements

Not published yet. Palworld's requirements are a reasonable ceiling, Palfarm is a smaller-scope farming game on the same engine family, so a PC that runs Palworld comfortably is very unlikely to struggle. Official specs will appear on the Steam page before release, and we will note them on the news page.

Traps to avoid

  • Fake release dates. No date exists. Sites listing one are guessing for clicks.
  • "Palfarm server" pre-orders. Dedicated servers are not announced. Do not pay anyone for a Palfarm server today, see why.
  • Fake keys and betas. There is no playtest, beta, or key giveaway. Anything offering one is a scam.
